Terms & Conditions

1. Design and Proofing

  • Approval Process: A digital proof will be sent for review. Production begins only after a formal approval (via email or Whatsapp) is received.

  • Accuracy: The client is responsible for checking all spellings, dates, times, and contact information. Once the proof is approved, any errors found after printing will be subject to a reprint fee.

  • Color Variations: Please note that on-screen colors may vary slightly from the physical print due to monitor and different mobile screen calibrations and the nature of specialty inks (e.g., gold/silver foil).

2. Premium Materials & Hand-Printing

  • Handcrafted Nature: For handprinted items or those using specialized textures (like Textured handmade paper), slight variations in ink density and placement are a hallmark of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

  • Material Availability: Premium fabrics and foils are subject to market availability. In the event of a shortage, an equivalent or superior alternative will be suggested.

3. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A deposit of 60% is required to initiate the Printing and material sourcing phase.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared in full before the final order is dispatched or collected.

4. Production & Delivery

  • Timeline: Standard production for premium cards is typically from the date of final proof approval.

  • Shipping: While we ensure secure packaging, the service provider is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services.

5. Cancellations and Returns

  • Personalization: Since wedding cards are highly personalized products, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has commenced.

  • Damages: Any claims regarding quantity or manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The service provider reserves the right to photograph and showcase the finished product on social media or portfolios for promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
