1. Design and Proofing
Approval Process: A digital proof will be sent for review. Production begins only after a formal approval (via email or Whatsapp) is received.
Accuracy: The client is responsible for checking all spellings, dates, times, and contact information. Once the proof is approved, any errors found after printing will be subject to a reprint fee.
Color Variations: Please note that on-screen colors may vary slightly from the physical print due to monitor and different mobile screen calibrations and the nature of specialty inks (e.g., gold/silver foil).
2. Premium Materials & Hand-Printing
Handcrafted Nature: For handprinted items or those using specialized textures (like Textured handmade paper), slight variations in ink density and placement are a hallmark of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
Material Availability: Premium fabrics and foils are subject to market availability. In the event of a shortage, an equivalent or superior alternative will be suggested.
3. Payment Terms
Deposit: A deposit of 60% is required to initiate the Printing and material sourcing phase.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared in full before the final order is dispatched or collected.
4. Production & Delivery
Timeline: Standard production for premium cards is typically from the date of final proof approval.
Shipping: While we ensure secure packaging, the service provider is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services.
5. Cancellations and Returns
Personalization: Since wedding cards are highly personalized products, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has commenced.
Damages: Any claims regarding quantity or manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
The service provider reserves the right to photograph and showcase the finished product on social media or portfolios for promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
